Development Land
Sharba are always on the lookout for select sites on which to build their premium homes. If you own or know anyone with land suitable for this purpose, with or without planning consent, we would be pleased to hear from you and will recognise a successful introduction appropriately.
Strategic Land
Sharba also have a portfolio of sites under ‘Option’, using their planning expertise on land that is currently not designated appropriate for housing, to become one of the vast number of locations required to provide the Government’s target of 3 million new homes by 2026.
Sites have to meet certain sustainability criteria, and cost very significant sums of money to promote. If you own or know anyone with land suitable for this purpose, we would be happy to either promote the land free of charge with an “Option to purchase” the land should we be successful, or alternatively just promote the land on a consultancy basis for the landowner.
